Founded in 2000 by Jeanie Germain and Sharon Sumner, Premium Title Inc, provides comprehensive title services to residential and commercial customers. Our company is based in Dade City, FL and we have the ideal location in the center of town, right across the street from the historical Pasco County Courthouse.
As as a family-owned and operated company, we believe our customers come first. Our team is down-to-earth and understands the importance of receiving personalized and attentive services. We look out for our customers and focus on building relationships and trust. When you contact or visit our office, you will always be greeted by a person. You’re never just a number!
In 2017, we were designated a Premium Agent by Old Republic National Title Insurance Company, which provides our underwriting.

Meet Our Team
Our co-owners were raised in the area and have extensive knowledge of the local market. Both grew up around the real estate industry and have learned from their father and Sharon’s father-in-law, who were Clerk of the Court and Attorney. Jeanie and Sharon have known each other since high school and are committed to going the extra step to make sure the work they do is something they are proud of. They are joined by their office assistant, Conny Collura, who has worked with them since 2008.
